Super Shop. Ich würde immer wieder dort etwas bestellen. Habe mir ein Zelt nach Deutschland bestellt und hatte ein paar Probleme mit DPD, nachdem ich mich bei WildBounds gemeldet habe, lief alles super. Ein wirklich hervorragender Kundenservice, es wurde sich direkt und sehr freundlich um mein Problem gekümmert. Danke nochmal dafür. Ich kann den Shop zu 150% weiterempfehlen.

Buyers beware of this company. I had a really bad experience with this company and want to make other potential purchasers aware. I tried to purchase a simple item (rucksack) for next day delivery. Placed order online using a VPN. After order accepted I received a poorly spelt email asking for further verification and copies of official photo ID and selfie image due to concerns re fraudulent activity. The item ordered was due to be delivered to my home address, the same address the payment card was registered to and in addition to this my bank has two step verification at point of purchase and would not have authorise payment if there was any concern as I had to further authorise the payment via my banking app. I tried to contact the company by telephone but there was no answer other than an automated message. I managed to get contact with someone by WhatApp who explained that they thought the order was fraudulent. I explained how I placed the order and that it was not fraudulent. After asking questions how the company manage data they obtain I had some concern. The person I spoke with agreed and suggested cancelling the order. Which we did. I was shocked to see that despite the company cancelling the order they still went ahead and took payment! Buyers beware.

Fantastic customer service! Bought a Wacaco Nanopresso coffee maker and had an issue with it, WildBounds sorted it and replaced it with a new one as it was within warranty.
