I went back the next day, and they would still not honor the price, which was still at .01 cent. One of the employees from the prior evening was following me around the store trying to intimidate me. I called customer service, and they hung up on me 3 times, and then someone told me they would send me a 50 dollar gift card in an email but never got my email before hanging up on me.

Also - I called the store multiple times before going in hoping to talk to management , and not one department answered .. I tried every. single. department and it just rang and rang.. Lowered my review

While shopping, a male team member came up to me at approximately 10:45 p.m. I was on a phone call, and he startled me. The team member (who was in plain clothes) stated because I jumped that "I was having a guilty conscience." He then proceeded to touch everything in my cart, including rubbing in between the pillows that I was going to purchase. These actions made me feel incredibly uneasy, so I found an employee to help me. While this employee was assisting me, another employee rudely yelled, "You need to get out of here. I replied, "Okay, this team member is helping me, so that when I go to check out I'm able to show them that the price is posted differently than I'm guessing what it was." Turns out this guess was a manager, I was rude for one moment and apologized quickly and informed her of how that male employee came up behind me and then proceeded to touch all of my things. This manager then let me know that my issue with the prior team member did mot matter to her. Along with telling me rudely that no matter what, I was not going to be able to purchase any of the items. Even though I was with a team member helping me, prior and after 11pm. This manager did not care whatsoever about an employee aggressively accusing a guest of stealing, realizing that they did not steal and not even offering an apology they just continued walking. Mind you, this employee was in plain clothes. The manager on duty did not want to find a way to remedy the situation, such as keeping the items at the front of the store for the night till the morning with no cold items in my cart, not even offering an apology which goes a long way. But nooooo, instead of assisting me in any way, she decided to call security and have them embarrass me by walking me out of the store as if I were a thief. That makes me twice this evening that I was made to feel like a thief, as well as incredibly uncomfortable. Without management or anybody giving two craps about me. They also told me that the items that were miss marked we're going to be changed by the morning, so I was just shit out of luck. What a terrible experience. What an awful experience, I was accosted by a male employee, accused of being a thief, and then again treated like a thief by the managern at this store. If you are going to close and stop helping people at 11:00 on the dot, I must recommend stating that when you are making announcements every 15 minutes. I was with one of your team members, which should have been taken into consideration. I understand that I am not important when it comes to the big scheme of things since you guys make just as much money whether I shop there or not. I really just have never felt so aggressively disrespected in a store.
Both items were marked at 1 cent for the items on the grey box. Not only did they not honor it, but they also proceeded to not check my items out at all.

They didn't put the oil cap on. It took them 2 hours to change the oil.
My engine got dirty with oil and my air conditioning smells like carbon monoxide.go back for the oil cap The manager gave me $20. so I can buy it at autozone.. they did not wash the engine nor did they change the a/c filter.. the worst service. It took 30 minutes. According to them, clean the car. I had to order them because they left for lunch

This place is a JOKE, they constantly "ghost" me when I schedule a grocery delivery (example: my order is supposed to be delivered at 4PM, it never arrives, they don't communicate with me so I'm left to constantly peek out the window to see if my order has arrived, the worst part is they still charge me and I have to call corporate to get a refund) half the time when I do a pick-up grocery order it's delayed by several hours and it screws up my family's dinner plans for the evening (today I sat in my car for over an hour and the order was never brought to my car so I just left and went to Stater Bros instead) when you try to call them to get some answers they never answer the damn phone either! (the pharmacy is the only department that actually picks up the phone) I don't know who is managing this place, but they're clearly in over their head, it's like "amateur hour" at this location every single day, Target will get my business from here on out, get some new management in there already.

Workers never come to open the locked items. Very rude staff. Prices are getting expensive. Great for groceries. I think the prices have a direct correlation with having to lock the merchandise. I don't like thieves, they are criminals, but maybe if things were more affordable then there wouldn't be as much stealing.

Today we went in to the Auto care and ElLIJAH was great!! He fixed my bottom cover so it wouldn’t scrape the ground and he expedited my whole service as soon as he started working on my car. He is extremely focused on his work and does not have constant conversations with other mechanics. HE DESERVES A RAISE!!! very hardworking man.
