A great option for off-site parking. I never have to wait long to get picked up, and often there's a bus waiting for me by the time I pull out my bags. You'll get dropped off at your terminal as soon as 15 minutes after parking, but it could be 30 minutes on a busy day if you're the end of the line. Somehow that's faster than when I park in the on-site long term airport parking. Prices are pretty good too, especially if you can prepay in advance (and the more advance the better)

I normally have great experiences here; however, sometimes there are longer waits. A few weeks ago, the shuttle from the parking Spot area was 45 minutes late and caused me to miss my flight. (Security only took 8 minutes.) That said, most of the time busses are clean, pick-up quickly, and drivers are helpful with luggage.

I have parked here for over fifty days in 2023, and I can confidently say it's been a great experience every time. The team of drivers consistently goes above and beyond, ensuring a friendly welcome and assistance with your bags and luggage. The cleanliness and well-maintenance of the lot are also commendable. While there might be a slight wait if you're on a late flight, they usually arrive within fifteen minutes or less.
I also appreciate the addition of the QR code option for tipping the drivers. It's incredibly convenient, especially when I don't have cash on hand.

Elaine gave us plenty of ice cold water! She had such a life-giving presence. The shuttle bus driver was also really amazing with off-loading the suitcases. Their app made everything intuitive

Having parked at this location for close to 20 years, I used to be a very loyal fan of The Parking Spot, frequently choosing them for the convenience and affordability of covered parking when flying in/out of DFW. However, as of late, my experience has unfortunately gone downhill.

While The Parking Spot once provided reliable, efficient service, it now falls far short of those standards. It seems they’ve drastically reduced their shuttle fleet and drivers, leading to long wait times that test even the most patient travelers.

On departure, you’ll wait an inordinate amount of time for a shuttle to pick you up in their lot—if they remember you at all. Then, brace yourself for an extended tour of their parking lot and stops at all terminals before reaching yours, hoping you’re among the first stops.

Upon return, the app feature to “track” shuttles feels more like a novelty than a tool, as you watch shuttles repeatedly pass without stopping. A call to customer service may yield only an indifferent response and a vague assurance to “keep waiting.”

In total, expect this “parking convenience” to add hours to your travel time on both ends of your journey. If you have all of the time in the world, it isn’t the worst option.

As a loyal customer for almost 20 years, I’m genuinely disappointed to see what this company has become. It’s sad to say, but Uber or a car service is starting to look like a more sensible option.

I like parking in the secured parking lot. Pick up driver almost TOO fast!!
Took me to my terminal. Return was easy and the app worked well to tell me when the bus was coming. Driver courteous and efficient. Never had a bad experience.

The drivers are always helpful with luggage. I really appreciate the complimentary water on the way out! It is always needed after a long trip, dealing with luggage, etc. And I appreciate that there was someone available to jump my car when the battery had died at midnight. Really really great service.

Super convenient when driving in from
South of Dallas. Also makes getting home faster when flights land in a hot afternoon! The driver was helpful with luggage. The AC on shuttle bus is awesome which is great when it’s 112 F! I really appreciate the complimentary water on the way out! It is always needed after a long trip, dealing with luggage, etc. I park in uncovered and it’s easy and super affordable. Really really great service. Takes about 30 minutes to get to DFW once you are on the shuttle.
