A great 'bricks and mortar shop' I needed my jacket to arrive around work shifts and they were so accommodating by delaying dispatch to fit around this.

I came across Summits outdoor via their eBay shop.

The jacket itself is perfect (I had done lots of research prior to purchase) and their price was a lot cheaper than I found online for a Montane phase jacket.

A great shop and brilliant service. I will definitely be back in the future.

I ordered vango tent, footprint and tarp. Very competetive pricing, good range and stock levels so I could buy all the items together in one transaction. Superb response to a concern about a slightly oil damaged item (courier problem, not the shop). I was worried about the item being landfilled on return and was ready to keep it anyway but was reassured by staff that the item would be replaced with another new one (it was a present) but that the original purchase would be cleaned in store and donated to a local homeless charity. Decent people concerned about waste and others. Full marks !

Recently purchased my first pair of ski boots from Summits, service and knowledge of skiing, different types of boots and how they should perform was excellent. Didn't feel pressured at all to purchase and a lot of time was spent with me ensuring that my new boots felt comfortable. The staff even stayed late to assist me as when I was leaving the shutters outside were down. Grateful for your guidance, just wore my new boots for the first time last week without any issues whatsoever - they felt fantastic! I'll definitely be back for more ski wear.

A fantastic business to deal with.

You never really know how good a company is until you need their support with a problem/refund/return. We had a Vango tent purchased from Summits that developed a manufacturing fault. Anna dealt with the issue seamlessly and with great communication. From raising the issue to getting a replacement tent took less than 5 days and all I had to do was hand the old tent to a delivery driver.

Refreshingly great customer service and Summits will now be the first website I look for my outdoor purchases.

Really good retailer, ordered a few times from here with most recently being a bigger order, a tent and sleep mat. Prices were competitive. Staff are always friendly and helpful if I have any queries or need advice. Postage has always been fast.

We visited here today for the first time with my wife and Dad and the staff were amazing so helpful and make looking for new outdoor clothing a joy !!! Such a Great range of stock and low prices!!
