Sports Plus had great customer service when I ordered my son’s school tee-shirts and sweatshirts. We received our order with a shirt missing and the wrong type of long sleeve was suppose to a sweater and not a long sleeved shirt.

Informed them of my issue and they responded and resolved the issue by expediting the correct items. Thanks for great customer service!

My grandson 's school used this company for the specialized clothing. The company was slow to produced the merchandise ordered. The website charged my credit card the day I ordered. I followed up because the merchandise was not received within 3 weeks. My email was answered by a William Oehm, whom was very unprofessional answering why I had not received the goods. My Oehm failed to answer follow up emails from me. It took over 60 days to receive the merchandise. Beware of ordering from this company. There is slow production and Mr. Oehm is not customer friendly.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I would love to give them zero stars, but it's not an option. I placed an order over a month ago and was told I would receive the items within 10-12 business days. After I didn't receive them I sent an email asking when I would be getting my merchandise and got a generic response saying it was still in production. Obviously this company can not deliver what is promised or be honest with their customers. Now I have to have my credit card company dispute the charges, because they had no problem charging my card, but can't produce the items.

The man I spoke with on the phone was informative on what types of designs they do but when I told him I needed it by the end of the same day he just laughed at me (and was not trying to hide it) and said "good luck with that one, okay bye bye". I am not saying this request should have been doable, but he did not have to laugh at me. POOR customer service, and I work in customer service so I would know to just kindly apologize and decline the service. How unfortunate that he was representing this company.

Good quality and price for youth sports teams. We've used him a couple times and the orders came out well, on quality fabric and they were accommodating to different requests. I have not visited the store front - we worked through our team rep - but we love the results so far.

Terrible customer service and very racist and prejudiced people . Would not recommend getting a job done here because they will lie and not get it done on time and the owner is a fat slob. This place should be shut down . Save yourself time and pride because the customer service is terrible.
