I had a great experience at this location. Store is huge and organized. Staff was very friendly. I was looking for new snowboard boots as the ones I've had weren't comfortable. I was helped by Uta who did a great job. He was very knowledgeable at helping me choose the right boots. I will definitely come back for all outdoor related activities.

This is an interesting shopping experience that, although it gives the impression of warehouse type prices, I found that unless you are buying items off the sparsely stocked sale section, you are paying normal retail prices. One thing interesting about the store is the appearantly large swings of seasonal inventory. For instance, summer water gear to winter skiing.

5 stars because of the incredibly knowledgeable and friendly bike department! Met Maximo at a UCI biking event this weekend who was generous enough to check out my bike and tighten my spokes. He then told us they had a whole bike department at the store and gave us a coupon for 20% off. Wife and I came by after to ask a few questions, and the whole bike team walked us through cleats, pedals, and anything else we could think off. On top of that, they offer a program where you sign up for a $150 bike tune up, and get a $150 store gift card back, so it was basically free. Got new gear and a bike service all in one. Best visit ever, all thanks to the guys in the biking department!

I come from AZ and have bought two bikes now at Sports Basement. After a referral from my best friend who lives in HB, Sports Basement has a customer for life! Unfortunately, my local bike shops couldn't compete. Sports Basement has the best customer service and the best pricing. PERIOD!

This is an absolutely fantastic sporting goods store, with the focus on the sports, unlike some so-called sporting goods store that are really just sports-themed clothes stores. The sales people are very knowledgeable and beyond friendly. Please shop there and support these guys! Great store.

This Store is amazing! I walked in and easily got distracted, they literally have anything you could ever need. I went in for some winter boots for a trip coming up. John helped me find the right boots, and got the correct size shipped to my house within days. Huge plus, they were on sale 50% off!

Sports Basement is the best place I have found for ski equipment. Rich is amazing at taking care (repair/maintenance) of my gear. John did wonders for my son fitting snowboard boots. John and Ike were very patient helping find the best ski boots for me. Thats just so far this year.
