I’ve purchased and had multiple products installed on my 4Runner through Rhino Adventure Gear, including a rooftop tent, awning, and drawer system. The team there are experts on the products they offer. I know I’m getting high quality parts (since they don’t offer anything else), and I’m confident that everything will be installed correctly.

What sets them apart from other shops is their customer service. Their team members will take the time to really think about what’s best for your vehicle and suggest options that best fit your needs. I’ve had other shops that don’t show that attention to detail and forethought, and they ended up installing something in a way that didn’t align with what I wanted.

Highly, highly recommend going with Rhino if you’re looking for a backcountry gear shop in the San Diego area.

Amazing customer service, quality work and a great group of folks! Set up an appointment to have a roof rack installed and Cody and Jason were able to get me in earlier than planned so I could take my new Jeep Wrangler 392 and roof rack out to Overland Expo West. Bought my RLD Design canopy from these guys last week. I must say that their customer service was top notch. I would send friends and family there to buy their rooftop tents, canopy’s and over landing gear anytime. The only issue I had was that they will not install your rooftop tent if you did not purchase through them. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase.
