I have been searching for years for a true military surplus store. This did not disappoint. The staff were super helpful and even more friendly.

While visiting with my family in Florida, my brother in law brought me to this great army navy store. I had to come twice because I was unable to see all of the great equipment, gear, and accessories they had in one visit. The owner and staff were extremely kind. The prices on the gear are reasonable, and I truly enjoy that they had grunt style t-shirts in stock! With all of the great people I have been experiencing in the South and all of the awesome stores, I am truly not ready to go back to Pennsylvania quite yet... lol ?

very nice place they have a ton of different items they have both new and used surpluss the prices are very fair the workers are extremley nice and welcoming walking in feels like visiting a close friend i recomend coming here for pretty much anything

Pretty cool surplus store. Has a lot of military items, from uniforms, to helmets, boots, to pins. Can find some really interesting things here. You can sell items here but probably could make a better profit if you did research and sold online. But for the convenience ,not too bad. Nice place.

Always the best pricing, some of the best I've ever seen in my entire life. If you're big into collecting, or looking for outdoor gear/equipment, this is the place you wanna be. I come here every Saturday morning and the customer service is extremely helpful and will definitely leave you with a smile

They've even came up with a nickname for us. Super duper friendly staff and will ask you if you need help looking. The store is very organized, and clean. Compared to any other army navy stores, this beats all of them. I'd even go as far as to say it's the best in Florida.

I attended a funeral for a family member that was a decorated Vietnam Veteran on Veterans Day. I wanted to render proper respects as I am also a military veteran but it had been five years since I had worn my dress uniform. Needless to say I needed a new jacket and to update all my medals in a very short time before the funeral. I thought to go to MacDill but I had heard their selection was very limited. I had been to Pants Towne before just to look around and realized this was the place to go. The staff was amazing and found every uniform piece I needed and an Army ASU jacket that fit me. They truly saved the day! My family was very grateful to have me in uniform at the funeral and I know my dear late Uncle appreciated the gesture. It was a little thing that made a huge difference and I am very grateful for Pants Towne and their friendly staff.

Initially I thought this place was great. They were friendly and said hello... The reason I’m giving them a one star is a friend and I were sorting through some patches. We found about 10-15. Started to walk around the store to look around and really determine which ones we wanted to buy. We knew we wouldn’t buy them all but wanted to think about it as we looked around. We made it one isle over and put some back. The employee/owner approached us and ask where the patches went, implying we stole them. We explained that we put some back and my friend began explaining how he and a few other airmen were trading patches on base and he was only interested in a few eclectic ones. After roaming around the store we were ready to check out. He came back over after the lady rang us up, flipped over the patches (didn’t make eye contact) and walked away.

If they’re that worried about $2-$4 patches they should keep them behind the counter or get more cameras. They should never make a customer feel like they’re assuming they’re stealing. I’ll never return or recommend this place. I’m NOT a thief, if I was, it sure as hell wouldn’t be a $2 patch.

They have a little bit of everything. Prices are not a bargain. They’re pushing Levi jeans for the same price as any department store. Plain T shirts are $5. Again might as well shop at a department store.

Awesome Army Navy store. Great selection of used uniforms and supplies. Big selection of pants and blue jeans. Lots of t-shirts, pins and patches. Check out all the walls for military items. A great store to spend time in.
