If you're an outdoors person and haven't been here... You are truly missing out big time on this family business! Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable. I visited for a yakattack rod holder to go on my kayak and could not believe what I walked into! The guy that helped took me next door straight to what I was looking for, the whole wall was add-ons for kayaks and they had kayaks everywhere! I can not wait to go back and look around more! Inside the main store has all kinds of outdoor clothes/gear along with a large section for fly fishermen. This is an outdoor paradise shop. We as a community need to make sure we keep this place!

Stopped by in summer of 2020 to look at kayaks.
Met the owner. He and his staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and took time to explain things about the different types.of kayaks and equipment.
I would definitely consider returning to purchase when the time comes to do so.

I had a great experience at this store. I came in just to browse, and left with a pair of hiking boots. Lucas was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy in any way. The store is always set up in a very visually pleasing way, and it is easy to find anything you might be looking for. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

The Customer Service at Outdoor Supply Has No Equal.

Worlds apart from any outdoor supplier I have ever been to. Charlie was kind enough to loan a couple of kayak paddles so I could take them out for a test spin --before I committed to buying anything! You would certainly never expect (or receive) that level of trust from a "Big Box" store.

Prices are more than fair, considering the expert knowledge and first hand experience that comes along with everything they sell. Took a few shots of my kayak and shiny new paddle for ya!

Absolutely amazing experience here. I first contacted them via email and was provided outstanding information in regards to looking for a pedal kayak. I already own a few pedal kayaks for myself and family but wasn't happy with them and didn't want to order yet another one online that wasn't the right fit for me. I'm 6'4" and carry a few extra pounds and so given the info I provided them they had 2 recommendations and here is the amazing part. They actually let me try them out on the water, with my fishing gear so I could really test them out. The guys from the store that went with me are serious kayak fisherman also and so knew everything about these, the pros, the cons of each one, the differences, everything. And guess what? They absolutely nailed it in regards to which ones would be best fitted for me. While I already had most of the accessories I wanted from previous purchases, I did want one new one and of course they had it in stock. They had all kinds of accessories. I still am amazed how they let me try them on the water for over 2 hours. And I'm so glad I went there as I would have ordered the one that didn't meet my standards online (for more money even) but actually getting to try it and ultimately the perfect fit one, I left very happy and with the best fit ever for me. Love how the process was so individualized and they actually use these themselves so know what they are talking about. Then, the people actually checking me out were the nicest ever and explained everything with the receipt and warranty and just so personable. I will be going back for all my outdoor purchases from now on even with it being an hour drive for me. They are that good.
