I mostly come here for shiners. It appears that the price is going up while the quality is going down. I have never paid more than $10 a dozen before this year. I bought three times this summer and every time it got more expensive. Now about $11 a dozen. Plus the shiner quality is hit and miss. Two times the whole bucket died in 4 hours even though i had a bubbler. The other time they lasted until the next day. Not sure they are worth the price

This is best small shop around. I mostly fish for trout and they have everything you would need, along with some tough to find baits, and they stock St Croix rods, big plus!
Worth stopping in on your way to the river or after.

I support Mom and Pop Businesses before i goto a box store. When was last time u got advice,help or information from a box store. Ill answer it. Probably never
Last of the Mohicans here! They always are helpful, and willing to share their experience to get u into fish! I always stop here when i can even though its a bit of a drive. U cant pay for great customer service. Highly recommend

Very knowledgeable of local area and excellent customer service for the local outdoorsman from a local outdoorsman. Will go here again and again. Edited: the place gets better and better. They are open Easter Sunday for your fishing needs and they always treat everyone with the best respect and always go out of their way to help you and give all the knowledge they can.

I went to this place for the 1st time today and what a find it was. Keith was very helpful in finding me the crossbow bolts I needed on short notice. He even stayed open after closing time for me when I hit traffic on the way up there. Shop has everything you could possibly need for hunting and fishing. Cant wait to go back!
