So amazing! My friend and I went the other day and our shotgun instructor was super helpful and funny. We learned so much about the guns and left able to reload properly and shoot. We also did the pistols which were just as fun. The girls at the front were super sweet and gave us wonderful recommendations on what to do in Texas. This is a must do!

Been an avid firearms user for over 30yrs and this facility for me has to much chaos and to many people where things can go wrong!! Huge facilities but costs are enormous!! You can drop $100 easy with each visit!! The range officers are very sharp and knowledgeable and are willing to help, so be welcoming and friendly!! They are watching out for you and your family safety!! 50 bucks a month is a solid investment for a membership not 100$ +

Review Title: Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I recently visited Elm Fork shooting range establishment and had a mixed experience. While the venue itself is great and the offerings on the field are impressive, I was disappointed by the customer service.

The woman at the front desk had a noticeable attitude, which made the initial interaction less welcoming. It's important for businesses to ensure that their staff provides friendly and helpful service, as it greatly impacts the overall experience.

I believe that with a more positive and approachable front-line staff, this place could enhance its reputation even further. I hope they consider hiring someone who embodies a more customer-friendly attitude.

One of the best gun outdoor experiences you can have. I brought in my gf to learn and the overall experience was excellent. The service from start to finish was 5 stars. There’s plenty of options/lanes and guns to rent out. Each area has people ready to assist and keep safety as their number one priority. Jimmy was knowledgeable and provided the best service we could have asked for. I would definitely recommend stopping by for a good time!

Fabulous place!! My family of four went and completely enjoyed ourselves. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff from check-in onward. Jimmy, the manager, is amazing! I am in my late 50s, petrified of weapons, but by the time we left two hours later, Jimmy had me hitting targets and truly enjoying myself! He is the epitome of relaxed and kind, sharing his knowledge without reservation. We will be repeat customers from now on and look forward to the excellent training one receives at Elm Fork.

Been going for years. They’ve made considerable upgrades that make the facility top notch. This is the perfect place for beginners and experts. Staff has always been helpful whether it be equipment, or range etiquette. I’ve even had range staff explain and help with my shooting technique.
It does get busy at times, but even that is managed well by the facility staff. Can’t say enough good things. Give it a shot…. You won’t be disappointed.

Been going here for years because it used to be friendly. The last few times the RSO's have been straight disrespectful (looking at you large woman at the pistol bays). Talking down to everyone like they are dumb. Meanwhile the table next to us had a full sized AR15 (in the pistol bay) that was flagging everyone and never pointed down range and they were treated respectfully yet never corrected. We aren't newbies either, several of us are Veterans including Army Rangers. We understand firearms safety. Made shooting uncomfortable and not fun at all.

22 shooting gallery has 4 different bays which usually none of them work ever. If one does work they charge a high fee to use it.

I am giving it a two star because the people on the shotgun side are much nicer.

You would think with the price we pay the equipment would be better or at a minimum working.

Excellent facility with a great staff. John came down and helped our party of noobs with our technical difficulties. They were extensive and John knew what to do.

The rest of the day went smooth and we had a great time
