I bought an EMS cooler from Eastern Mountain Sports. It ripped after one use. EMS wouldn’t take it back without a receipt. I’m not surprised they are going out of business.

How long does it take to repair a website? Sending emails with online deals and such yet for over a month your website has been down. Really great. Would love to check out the “online exclusive” if it were possible.

The store has a large inventory of winter apparel compared to summer for all genders and age groups. I found 3 items I needed and bought them. They have a large assortment of camping equipment especially. They also have some high end shoes for men and women on sale at 25% discount. Good store

Everything was on sale, but it was still hard to find something in your size. I wear a smaller size. Maybe they were sold out of that size. The shoe selection seemed good.

I like it a lot here. There is a great selection of products. The customer service is great by most staff. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking.

I LOVE EMS! Since they closed their stores in NYC and LongIsland, I always stop in the Saratoga store when either in Saratoga or heading to the Adirondacks. If in Placid, I'm in EMS several times during my visit. Their clothing lasts! My last visit was a few wks ago in Saratoga - I bought a rain jkt for hiking (and rainy dog walks)
