Racists. Walked in with my family and didn’t buy anything after browsing the store and was followed all the way back to my car to have “Nick” accuse me and my family of stealing a beanie and I had to walk him all the way back to the store just to prove to him I didn’t steal anything. Terrible company, terrible workers and terrible customer service. If you know you aren’t gonna buy anything don’t even walk inside the store. And nick was so kind to even raise his voice at my girlfriend in the parking lot. Terrible end to a first time trip at Park city racist store mangers.

After visiting the store twice in the past two days for a small purchase, I felt that the middle aged ladies working there treated you like you are lucky to be served by them. If you have age, experience and knowledge - share it - don’t be pretentious about it. I’ve been visiting PC for a decade and don’t remember the store being that devoid of good vibes and good customer service. Pity as it was my go to store, now a thing of the past. The store service up at the resort was super helpful, I just want to make the distinction between the experience.

Good bikes, however if you call them, you can’t trust what they say. With 4 e-bikes, they charged us $80 more than they quoted on the phone, plus the bikes were due back sooner than they stated on the phone. Trust and honesty matter. Because the staff who setup the bikes are so nice, I rated them a 3 instead of a 1.

Thank you Ellie for the prompt attention and quick fix for my dad’s minor helmet issue. Appreciate you solving the problem rather than simply recommending he buy a new helmet like one of your co-workers. That’s smart customer service!

They sell boots. They don’t fit them. I walked in without an appointment looking to buy my first pair of ski boots. I was an advanced skier, and just finished growing and thought it was a good time to buy my own ski boots and retire past the rental boots faze. As this being my first time buying boots as I made it clear to the fitter, he should have taken into account that I may think a normal fitting boot would be too small. The first thing the “bootfitter” had me do was try a 26.5 boot as he said “just to see what size you are”. I said it was too small, obviously as it was smaller than the packed out overly large rental boots I was used to. So, he chose a 27.5 medium volume boot. I said it fit perfect and was very comfortable. He didn’t describe how the boot should feel, and a boot being comfortable for a brand new boot should be a red flag. He also did a shell fit, yet missed seeing how large the boots are. This was about it as far as consultation went. Not much question on skiing style, nor did he check my ankle flexibility. So here is what I am left with. An insanely large boot for an advanced skier. Like it is to the point that someone can tell my boots are too big by watching me ski. Here is a picture of a shell fit I did at home as well as the receipt for proof of purchase. I expect this to be made right and I will also be reaching out to you.

Edit: went to a proper bootfitter in mammoth. Got sized in a 25.5 size. Not 27.5. And was told I have some of the skinniest low volume foot out there and got one of the lowest volume boots on the market (Technica Mach 1 LV) and extra modifications to make it skinnier (zipfit liners). I was definitely not a medium volume 27.5.

Edit 2: Gave half my money back. Pretty nice considering they didn’t have to give anything back especially a season later.

As a online store customer, this was my first visiting their local store in Utah. The young female employee was friendly and enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Will definitely comeback in winter

Complete 100% bureaucrats, won't do any work unless it is overnight, because it is company policy! Nonsense excuse that they have other skis to work on (which were due the next day). They could have done it right away without this making any difference but won't do it. Staff does not care. Look for a store where people are responsive; unfortunately this is true of most stores in Park City which are designed to rip off tourists and give them minimal care; things are way better in Salt Lake. By the way, if you ask a question to the receptionist they don't like, they will give you an authoritative "SIR"; great to feel like the DMV.

Very good sport shop right by the entrance to Park City ski resort. The store caries a pretty diverse range of skiing and snowboard products, clothes, and accessories. The price is on the higher end, but acceptable, especially in case of the last-minute shopping.
