Awful, I give it two stars because the store is very big and has practically everything, but it doesn't have the most important things. I was looking for a Compression Packing Cubes because they appeared on the website and they didn't have any in the store, not even the traditional ones. The worst thing is that they sell candles in glass containers and not Storage Bags, which are more important for travel. Also, I couldn't buy it online because I was passing through and didn't have time.

🙂 PRICE MATCH is AMAZING 🙂 We were lucky our friend had a membership for Go Outdoors and was versed in their Price Matching guarantee. We got amazing deals on hiking shoes, socks and winter jackets as our friend searched for same items we found here at Go Outdoors listed at lower prices in other shops. Go Outdoors was happy to match the prices. Absolutely a great place to shop for a family getting ready for the cold outdoors. Not sure how public transit access is to here as we were lucky to have a friend bring us. Definitely worth a look if your shopping for outdoor gear.

Kara has very good Customer Service , and is very authentic. Been attended to by her twice and all the time goes the extra Mile. Deserves to be Supervisor if not not Manager. Only disappointment was the cashier at the till. Didn't seem keen to explain why we couldn't use the DOE discount on some products and only after we questioned her did she say she will put at the end and see what discount we get. Needs more training on Customer Service. 5 star to Kara.

Someone in management has hit upon the ridiculous idea of chaining together every single jacket on the shelf, meaning you have to ask a member of staff to release anything you want to try on. If you treat every customer like a potential thief, don't be surprised if they decide to shop elsewhere, as I did.

It was the first time I visited Go outdoors and man the variety and quality of stuff that they have is just great! I was assisted by Michael with figuring out which hiking boots I needed to buy and he also taught us a great way to tie our boots differently, or maybe "correctly" 🙂 which honestly made a good deal of difference. Other than that, yeah, works are going on in the area but the staff members are really very helpful; like they went out of their way to get people to help us find our stuff, which was very kind of them 🙂

All in all my friend and I had a fun time and would definitely visit soon! 🙂
