I’ve been to this store countless times for their great events with good prize support, fantastic play area/size, great selection of product, the best single selection in LA, and normally wonderful staff. However, there is one employee who ruins the entire experience every time I have the misfortune of speaking with him. He is rude, short, dismissive, and unhelpful. The otherwise incredible experience is always ruined when his presence is there. I would normally highly recommend this store, but if you are someone who maybe doesn’t know much about a game and are trying to get information or find a gift for someone or even someone who has social anxiety/shyness then do not go here simply because of the chance of having to speak with this person.

CL is my go to place for TCG purchases. They have a great selection of most TCG libraries. Also have a friendly staff. Make sure to thoroughly check your purchases before you leave, just like any other service industry, humans occasionally make mistakes. When a mistake is made here, the staff is always respectful and accommodating, willing to fix it immediately.

Prices were a little high. The selection was really good though. I used their electronic method to find a card I needed. It worked but when I went up to retrieve it they said I needed to wait because their was bigger orders in front of me. I asked how long it would be. He did not know and then sat there .i needed one card

Staff are very friendly, vibes are great but the woman’s restroom is disgusting! It’s never stocked and always filthy, I visit two times a week for magic and I want to sit down not squat when I need to use the restroom. (I’m only writing a review to bring more attention to this issue. I have talked to staff in the past so this is my next action.)

Fantastic service, incredibly quick online service, and ,honestly, great staff and community. Parking is very accessible and large selection of Magic products.

As a Magic player, I've had to buy both sealed and singles and Collector's Legion might be the best store in the area for both. Placed orders online and had them picked up same day without having to wait long at all. Prices are fair and reflect the online market place, and I have not been chargedmore than what was advertised.

Showed up for a sealed event for Magic and the community was incredibly helpful when I had questions. Events are well organized and the space for playing is huge! Had a great time after being a little bit anxious about playing with strangers.

The staff have been incredibly helpful every single time I've come in. They've recommended certain products over others based on what I am trying to accomplish, like triple sleeving. They were also quick to resolve a problem I had with an online order, checking their systems and refunding me an order when something was not in stock versus giving me store credit which was appreciated.

I cannot speak for other TCGS, but for Magic, they are my go to store at this juncture, thanks a lot!

This place was pretty cool until I bought 10 Pokémon booster packs. I wanted to return half of them or maybe exchange for something else but they asked what my reason for returning them and when I said I wanted to get some other cards instead they decided that wasn't a good reason and refused my return. I don't understand why I need a good reason to return a sealed item that I just bought an hour before. Don't buy here unless you don't care about return policies.

I understand I may have felt a bit more upset than I should have but when I asked casually about returning the items the employee instead of just nicely saying that all sales are final and don't do refunds/exchanges which would have been fine. He instead asked why I'm returning in an upset manner.. when all he had to say is we don't do returns nicely. Instead he aggressively said, we will not be taking any of those. And I was like damn I was just asking..
