I went immediately after the tragic snapping of my 20 year old solid oak longbow. They don’t sell those, but the recurves were beautiful and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’ll be purchasing all of my arrows from them going forward. They also have a great selection of fishing gear.

My favorite Turner’s, the wait isn’t that bad with the front counter ticket.

Love the Alien Jerky(their brand) that they always have near the front. The best jerky of all time. I usually get a dozen of them. The variety of items them have a is descent(size wise I compare it to like a rite aid sized shop). The customer service agents are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Waits can be long on peak times so I think those waits will be around 45 mins to an hour. I’ve done ffl’s here, transfers and have bought 2A here. Smooth and very clear instructions, a solid shop.

Parking can be a pain depending on day and time because it’s on a plaza with other shops.

The most horrible experience I’ve ever experienced, William H was so rude that he almost discouraged me
From buying anything, I went for a specific fire arm that I’ve been looking for , keep in mind I’m not from Pasadena from the start William H didn’t want to help , he told me the fire arm wasn’t available and was back ordered for 2 months , immediately I told him that I called before I drove out and they said they had 2 in stock, then after William grunts and goes to the back, as soon as he comes back he begins to embarrass me
In front of everyone , he even said why am I getting this fire arm, when I told
Him I did my research . in front of everyone William made a face and said I clearly did my research wrong . I didn’t understand what I did to the guy, he even threw the fire arm case on the counter. I was so upset with this altercation I just stayed quiet and continued to purchase my things.
I want to reach out to someone from turners because this is not ok I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO TURNERS IN PASADENA.

The staff is super knowledgeable and patient with all the customers. They have a good selection of firearms, but I can speak about fishing and archery. Also, they have a decent selection of safes and things you'll need with your firearms. They always have great sales on different firearms and ammo.

I like this place a lot. The guys behind the counter are friendly and responsive. Good selection of products (especially some of the newly approved ones) and some of the best prices in town. Yes sometimes the wait time is atrocious but that is because some customers come here to pass their time and sample all the products behind the counter, talk politics, and the whole philosophy behind their future purchase. You will find everything you need there and you can ask all the questions you want. Just be considerate of the people waiting in line.

Very disappointed with Turner employees. Why be rude? Do these people not want to be working there? I don’t understand… the only employee who treated me great with a smile and a care was Annette. Appreciate you greatly. Justin was pretty cool but the rest I was just disappointed. And I walked in there to spend about 5k-10k after my encounter with Savada. I just walked out. Too my business elsewhere. Unbelievable. Definitely not going there again. I found a great spot in Burbank. RTBLA. The guy treated me so good and explained everything genuinely to me. Loved it!

Came here to tune up the archery gear, and pick up my S&W Performance Center model 627 for summer vacay. Love these guys at archery, will never have another gun sent here it was a 2 hour wait and everyone was beyond furious standing around.
