Excellent customer service. I bought some catcher's gear for my son for Christmas, I called ahead to see if the package I wanted was in stock. I was told it was. I made the order online, only to come to find out there was a miscommunication and the item I wanted was not in stock in a whole package. I was told the pieces that go to the package are in stock separately, excluding the helmet. I was then given the option of waiting a week for all the correct pieces or they would send my package out with the upgrades version of the helmet (the next step up) for the same price. I opted for the upgraded helmet to be shipped out that day and I received my package within a few days. I do a lot of research before I buy anything and while talking to Brian one of the customer service agents, it's evident he knows his stuff, including the small details that most bigger store customer service reps wouldn't know. Customer service was awesome, shipping was fast and I got a very good deal. Very satisfied and will be shopping here again.

Bought catcher's gear for my son, they had the best price and I have dealt with this company in the past. I ordered a prepackaged from the manufacturer boxed set. The boxed set came in and none of the pieces were correct. As this is a prepackaged set, it came directly from the manufacturer this way. Not a vendor (Kudo Sports) issue it's a quality control issue from the manufacturer. Bryan from Kudo Sports worked tirelessly to make it right. I had other minor issues dealing with the manufacturer, however, Bryan at Kudo Sports made everything smooth and easy on my end. I really appreciate the time and effort he put in to making sure I was happy. He even called and sent emails on his family time to make sure it was all worked out. Outstanding customer service and outstanding prices. Will definitely buy from here again.

I was on the hunt for football pants for my son and Kudosports site easy easy to find. When I placed my order a representative contacted me immediately to inform me they were out of stock of my item, but came to me with a solution.
