I have 6 months trying to locate a soccer store like this one. I’m originally from LA and this store exceeded my expectations. I live in Atwater CA, there isn’t one store that has the verity of soccer equipment like this one. I will definitely come back and buy my soccer gear here.

1 star is a high rating for my shopping experience today. Everything was smooth until the end, my respects to the young man in blue with eyeglasses. All other personal was terrible, The cashier and the Manager to be exact. The cashier had told me my total and I inserted my card, then it said Approved and as usual I withdrew my card from the card reader. Moments later the rude cashier had told me that my car was declined, and I politely told her to give me a minute that I would check my bank account. And just like I thought, the payment had gone through, it charged my bank. I then showed her and she became confused and escalated the situation to her manager. He came over ( there was a long line now) and I showed him how it charged me. He said if they didn't get a receipt on their end they couldn't let me go with my items I HAD PAID FOR. The cashier then told him the reason why my card was "declined" was because of insufficient funds. Then the manager, repeatedly and loudly said my card was declined because of insufficient funds. This was beyond disrespectful, it was humiliating. I then, politely asked him that if I was in fact charged and my bank contacted them if I would get a refund. He simply said it wasn't his problem but MINE . This is ridiculous it is not my fault this store has poorly trained staff, outdated equipment and an uneducated Manager.

Staff is young and most are very helpful. They usually have what we need, but sizes are always limited. Especially, at the beginning of the season. We are able to fill most of our soccer needs here.
